Case Planning
The perfect restoration begins at good case planning. To help even the most difficult case achieve a perfect outcome, here are 6 points of case planning used by the most successful dental professionals worldwide:
Point 1: Take a good impression especially the margin area.
Point 2: Use the bite registrations for the patients.
Point3: Get the perfect shade if possible send us the picture by email.
Point 4: Take the pre-model before you trim the patient’s die.
Point 5: Fill out your prescription completely carefully.
Point 6: Ask us.Turn- around time:
we need 7-9 days from your lab to our lab ! we pay one trip for shipping back!
Communication:
If we meet a problem during the fabrication, we will email or place a phone call to you immediately!
Shipment:
The
finished cases will be delivered to you by UPS, DHL, FedEx or
EMS.
Please prepare the following items before sending the case:

Payment
As
soon as we receive your shipment, we will email you an itemized invoice.
We will begin processing the cases once we receive the shipment, but
will not under any circumstances release the finished products without
complete payment. No special arrangements will be made at all. Paypal is
the only form of payment transfer we accept.
Please note that we have chosen Paypal as our primary form of transfer. Once your order arrives in Monde Lab, we will send you a "Invoice" email for the total amount of the order, that acts as your itemized invoice. Once your payment is reach and confirmed, your finished cases will be released from our lab, and headed your way.
